TheStreet’s Jim Cramer thinks Cisco’s quarter represents the “old” CEO John Chambers because there was real growth, particularly in the United States. Cramer thinks the U.S. could lead the world out of its morass, not Brazil, Russia, or China. Cramer says Cisco is a buy on any pullback in the stock because it has good yield and a buyback plan. On the other hand, Cramer isn’t sure if Walmart’s earnings represent the company’s execution or if its shoppers just spending less, or “the new frugality.” Cramer doesn’t want to own Walmart yet until the the stock gets to where the yield can support it.
