TheStreet’s Jim Cramer says Lennar Homebuilders shares aren’t moving higher on its good quarterly earnings report because it had already moved up on similar news from KB Home. Lennar’s quarter improved and Cramer says investors needs to wait and see how the spring selling season shakes out. Lennar said that it still can’t predict how the season will go. On the other hand, ConAgra Foods, while not a natural and organic food company, is a good stock to own if the economy shows signs of slowing, says Cramer.
