TheStreet’s Jim Cramer says Etsy (ETSY) is one of his favorite companies and he applauds the company’s new progressive parental leave policy. Etsy plans to begin offering six months of fully paid leave to all parents. ‘Etsy is a very forward company. I met with the CEO, I think the company is building that great web interface that I wanted. I think the stock’s a real comer,’ said Cramer, who’s portfolio manager of Action Alerts PLUS. Cramer said Etsy is a stock to watch, and he urges investors to take a look at it. Cramer adds the new parental leave policy will help Etsy attract good talent. ‘Etsy is a magnet for really, really smart people, and this will make it more of a magnet.’
