Israeli tanks and troops have encircled Gaza City and are expected to enter the urban area soon. The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza says the death toll has passed 10,000. That figure could rise dramatically as troops advance. Secretary Blinken is pushing Israel to pause but there are no signs of stopping. NBC News’ Richard Engel reports.
