InspireMD sales will gain traction in 2015 due to the latest version of its drug coated stent as well as the company’s return to European markets, said Alan Milinazzo, CEO of InspireMD. Milinazzo added that InspireMD’s stents are superior because they only open a blood vessel but they also protect the heart from debris. He said utilization rates are rising and he expects European orders to ramp up in the first quarter of the new year. Finally, Milinazzo said the company has raised enough capital to get it through significant milestones in the first half of 2015 before the arrival of strategic investors.
