Hurricane Fiona has strengthened into a Category 4 storm and is heading toward Bermuda. The hurricane left behind a trail of destruction in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, leaving millions without water. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports on the ground.
