Andre Farr, CEO of TEAM Services and Anthony Muñoz, legendary offensive lineman for the Cincinnati Bengals explain why financial hardship happens to many young NFL retirees and the obstacles they face. Last week, TEAM Services launched its crowd management and event-staffing agency founded and run by former athletes with the aim of offering opportunities to other ex-players who often struggle to find identity and employment off the field.
