A house in #NorthCarolina collapsed into the #Atlantic #Ocean after a huge swell from #HurricaneErnesto. The hurricane was downgraded to a tropical storm but is forecast to become a hurricane again as it heads toward Canada’s Newfoundland in the Atlantic.
