Hippocratic AI, which raised $50 million from Andreesen Horowitz and General Catalyst, has revealed a patient-facing LLM it hopes will lower healthcare costs. The startup’s CEO Munjal Shah tells Bloomberg Technology that despite its benefits, AI is not ready to handle actual diagnoses or replace physicians.
