Higgsfield Secures Fresh Series B Capital From TCV and NVIDIA – Unite.AI
ShareShareShareShareShare

Higgsfield announced an extension of its Series B financing on October 23, 2026, with new investment from TCV and NVIDIA joining the AI video and image creation platform’s investor base. The extension builds on the company’s Series B led by DST Global in August 2026, and proceeds will support product development, global infrastructure, hiring and go-to-market expansion.

New Investors and the Kazakhstan Connection

Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, AI Capital Partners, Smash Capital, GFT Ventures and Valor Capital also participated in the extension.

TCV has backed Netflix, Spotify, Facebook, ByteDance and Electronic Arts over the past three decades. Jay Hoag, TCV’s founding general partner, said the firm has backed platforms that changed how people create and consume media around the world, grouping Higgsfield with that portfolio. Neil Tolaney, a general partner at the firm, said TCV believes co-founder and CEO Alex Mashrabov and the Higgsfield team are delivering what he described as a radically faster, professional-grade and AI-native mechanism for creators, brand marketers and agencies to turn ideas into images and video, at a pace of product velocity and market adoption the firm has rarely seen.

The NVIDIA investment coincides with NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang’s first visit to Kazakhstan for the country’s national AI Month in Astana. Photographs distributed with the announcement show Huang with Zhaslan Madiyev, Kazakhstan’s deputy prime minister and minister of AI and digital development, and separately with Higgsfield co-founder and chief technology officer Yerzat Dulat. Higgsfield is headquartered in San Francisco and maintains roots in Kazakhstan through Astana Hub. It was co-founded by Mashrabov, Dulat and Mahi de Silva, and the company describes itself as Kazakhstan’s first AI unicorn.

“Every brand, studio and creator now needs more visual content than traditional production can supply, and a new category is forming to meet that demand,” Mashrabov said. He said TCV has backed companies that transformed media and that NVIDIA has powered every generation of Higgsfield’s platform, adding that with leaders from compute to media development the company is well positioned to lead the new category.

Reported Scale and Cited Market Forecasts

Higgsfield reports more than 40 million users across 238 countries and territories, with the United States as its largest single market and Europe as its largest region by usage. The company said it crossed $1 billion in annualized revenue in September 2026, eighteen months after launch. It said enterprise is its fastest-growing business, growing at more than 100% month over month, and that revenue under contract from business customers has grown tenfold since June 2026. The announcement also cites independent commercial spend data from Ramp identifying Higgsfield as the fastest-growing image and video AI vendor.

The platform serves three sectors: marketing and advertising, entertainment and the creator economy. Brands and agencies, including Fortune 500 companies, use it to turn a single campaign concept into as many as 100 ad variants for different markets and platforms. The company pointed to WPP Media’s forecast that global advertising revenue will reach $1.3 trillion in 2026, with AI named a primary driver of that growth, and to the IAB’s expectation that US digital video advertising spending will exceed $80 billion in 2026, with nearly two in three buyers now using generative AI for digital video creative, up from half in 2025.

NVIDIA Infrastructure and the Visual Token Economy

Higgsfield said it processes 12 trillion tokens across 150 million generations every month. The company has scaled on NVIDIA infrastructure from L40 and A40 GPUs through the Hopper and Blackwell generations and is now expanding to NVIDIA Vera Rubin. It uses NVIDIA Dynamo to deploy and scale custom inference workloads on its own GPU infrastructure.

Kök Börü, Higgsfield’s 15-minute animated short film, was powered by NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra infrastructure. The company open-sourced the full project and turned it into a free course on Higgsfield Academy, its learning platform for AI filmmaking, where it says more than 150,000 creators have completed lessons.

The announcement frames visual generation as earning far more per token than text, citing industry benchmarks that put generative video’s effective yield at $30–$150 per million equivalent tokens, compared with $0.15–$0.60 for text.

“AI factories produce intelligence in the form of tokens and the application layer is where those tokens become useful,” said Rev Lebaredian, vice president of physical AI simulation at NVIDIA. He said the collaboration between Higgsfield and NVIDIA across hardware and software is turning compute into creative work for millions of users and hundreds of the world’s largest brands.

Prior Round and Company Background

On August 17, 2026, Higgsfield announced a $400 million Series B financing at a $5.4 billion valuation led by DST Global, with participation from Tribe Capital, Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Smash Capital, Fifth Wall, Valor Capital, Intel Capital, Liberty Global Tech Ventures, Mirae Asset Capital and NTT DOCOMO Ventures. Existing investors including Accel, Menlo Ventures, AI Capital Partners, GFT Ventures, Capra Ventures, BAM Corner Point and BroadLight Capital also joined that round.

That announcement said the Series B more than quadrupled the $1.3 billion valuation Higgsfield carried after its Series A round and extension, and that annualized revenue reached $700 million in August. At the time, the platform reported more than 30 million users and said it powered visual production for 390 of the Fortune 500.

Mashrabov previously co-founded AI Factory, the computer vision company behind Snapchat’s Cameos and face filters, which Snap acquired in 2019.
