American Tower Corporation will continue to benefit from the explosion in mobile devices, says Burland East, CEO of American Assets Investment Management. East adds that AMT is part of an oligopoly and has a portfolio of towers nearly impossible to replicate. He is also bullish on Wynn Resorts due to the potential of its Macau resorts. Finally, East likes shares of Taubman Centers, saying it has the highest quality mall portfolio in the United States.
