When a CEO says things are tough, investors should listen up, according to TheStreet’s Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer. ‘Ford CEO Mark Fields told you the number is not going to be good,’ Cramer said, referring to July auto sales, released Tuesday. ‘He’s telling you that the stock is going to go lower.’ Ford’s July sales fell three percent to 216,479 vehicles.
