Facebook’s FB Instagram could cause trouble for Snap SNAP , the parent of Snapchat, which saw shares fall below its IPO price, according to TheStreet’s Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

Cramer cited a Morgan Stanley note saying Instagram is going after Snap’s bread and butter.
