When WestJet airline agent Lora Caruso realized her beloved high school English teacher was on board the flight she was helping to board, she knew she had to do something. So she hopped on the PA system and paid tribute to the teacher she hadn’t seen in 30 years, but who left a lifelong impression on her. Their tearful reunion was all caught on tape.
