Greece reaches deal with Eurozone , it’s 3rd bailout since 2010. After 17 hours of negotiations, Greece compromised on almost all matters. It agreed to pension reforms, labor law changes and it must introduce competition into everything from bakeries to drug stores and sell off power companies. The deal must still be approve by Greece’s Parliament. Halliburton (HAL) and Baker Hughes (BHI) agreed to extend the Department of Justice’s antitrust review period of their $35 billion merger until at least November 25th. Halliburton will also plan to offer to divest more businesses than it had previously announced. Ascena (ASNA) cut its full year earnings outlook, citing weaker than expected sales at its stores. The retailer now sees adjusted earnings per share in the range of 57 cents to 60 cents for the year, versus the previous forecast of 70 cents to 75 cents.
