Former Rep. George Santos of New York pleaded guilty to two campaign finance-related charges: wire fraud and identity theft. Santos was expelled by Congress after a highly critical ethics report about his conduct. He was also accused of fabricating much of his background. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports.
