Forest Service workers freed after being held hostage

Two U.S. Forest Service employees were unharmed after being held hostage at gunpoint while conducting field work in California’s Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Two suspects face federal kidnapping charges after allegedly keeping the employees zip-tied for 15 hours.
