Stephen Bowen has been charged with the murder of his wife, Nancy, the vice mayor of Coral Springs, Florida. According to an affidavit, police went to her home after she failed to show up to city meetings and found her wrapped in a blanket with three shell casings. NBC News’ George Solis reports.
