Flock unveils new safeguards addressing reports of police misusing data

Flock Safety, the surveillance company that uses pole-mounted traffic cameras to track license plates and vehicles, unveiled new safeguards to address concerns of law enforcement across the country misusing the data. Privacy advocates say the updates aren’t enough. NBC News’ Dana Griffin reports.
