The father of a student at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis describes the moment he was reunited with his daughter after learning about the shooting at the school which left at least two children dead. “It could happen to everyone,” says Vincent Francoual, as he recounts the harrowing moments after he found out about the shooting.
