Family grieves dog shot by LAPD officer during Knicks celebration

An LAPD officer shot a dog dressed in a Knicks costume after police were called to an apartment complex over reports of a woman screaming. The woman turned out to be a Knicks fan screaming when the team won the NBA Finals. An officer shot the dog when it ran out of the apartment after police asked the woman to secure it.
