The Federal Aviation Administration banned U.S. planes from flying less than 10,000 feet above Haiti. The move comes after a Spirit Airlines flight to Haiti was hit by gunfire and a JetBlue aircraft was also struck by a round. NBC News’ Tom Costello details the new regulations.
