A family statement confirms Emmy-winning actress Anne Heche has been declared legally dead a week after she crashed her car into a Los Angeles home. Police say Heche had drugs in her system at the time of the crash and suffered a severe brain injury that sent her into a coma. NBC News’ Anne Thompson reports.
