Grok, named after the term coined in Robert Heinlein’s “Stranger in a Strange Land,” meaning to understand something so thoroughly that it becomes a part of you, is designed to be the digital reincarnation of “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” — smart, almost omniscient, and with a sense of humor.
