It’s decision day for the Federal Reserve as it wraps up a two day meeting on the economy and interest rates. Markets are hushed, waiting to see if Federal Reserve Chairman Janet Yellen and the governors will show their hand on any future interest rate hikes. Anthem (ANTM) results topped Wall Street expectations. The health insurance company also bumped up its full year guidance for medical enrollment growth. Anthem’s quarterly results come on the heels of its’ $48 billion buyout announcement of Cigna (CI). Yelp (YELP) shares fell as much as 16 percent in after-hours trading after the company slashed its outlook for full year earnings and reported a surprise loss for the quarter. Yelp Chairman and early investor Max Levchin is also stepping down to pursue other interests. TheStreet’s Jane King reports from the Nasdaq Marketsite
