Today the FCC takes on the controversial issue of Net Neutrality. Some industries have fought hard to defeat it, others believe it will give people equal access to the internet. L Brands had a record holiday season and a record year. However, the parent company of Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works had an outlook that was below Wall Street’s expectations. CEO Leslie Wexner said in November that L Brands may expand. We’ll find out more about that when the company holds a conference call with analysts later today. Options trading in JCPenney has been active and traders are betting the retailer’s stock will move by 10 percent after it reports earnings today.
