TheStreet’s Action Alerts OPTIONS contributor Dan Nathan is looking for a way to take advantage of the volatility in shares of Facebook by buying a call spread that expires in June. The spread is $70-$85 dollars. The high end of the range is Action Alerts PLUS co-portfolio manager Stephanie Link’s price target on the stock. Nathan says even if you have a long position in shares of Facebook, you can still get some leverage by purchasing a call spread which could help to define your risk.
