U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro named the two National Guard troops who were shot and critically injured in Washington, D.C., as Sarah Beckstrom and Andrew Wolfe, both uniformed members of the West Virginia National Guard. Pirro went on to say the suspect, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan national, has been charged with three counts of assault with intent to kill and possession of a firearm during a crime of violence.
