Oil prices are slightly lower this morning after rallying 5% Wednesday. OPEC surprised just about everyone and decided to cut oil production, sending energy stocks higher as well. Analysts say they have more questions about the implementation of the agreement. They wonder which countries will cut output and exactly how much. Wells Fargo ( ) CEO John Stumpf is back on Capitol Hill today. He will testify and answer questions about the scandal at the bank with fake accounts. Pressure is mounting on Stumpf as Wells Fargo’s home state of California suspended business relationships with the bank for a year. Apple Music ( ) is on a high note. A J.D. Power survey says it took the top spot in customer satisfaction. Apple Music ranked well in performance and reliability, content and ease of use.
