Advanced Grow Labs is one four companies licensed to cultivate medicinal marijuana for the state of Connecticut. Managing Partner David Lipton took TheStreet’s Debra Borchardt for a tour of the facility. Advanced Grow Labs has spent two years and six million dollars to get the necessary approvals, find a space and begin construction. The company needed a willing landlord, plus a welcoming town, which it found in West Haven. They expect to have product by year end.
