Microsoft posted earnings of 69 cents per share on revenue of $22.64 billion in its fiscal fourth quarter. Analysts were looking for 58 cents on sales of $22.14 billion. Last year, Yahoo! earned 60 cents on sales of $22.2 billion in its second quarter. As for details, revenue in its Intelligent Cloud business grew 7% to $6.7 billion, Azure revenue grew 102% with Azure compute usage more than doubling year-over-year and Microsoft’s enterprise mobility customers nearly doubled year-over-year to over 33,000, and the installed base grew nearly 2.5x year-over-year.
