The stress of the first two months of the year melted away as the Dow Jones Industrial Average turned higher for 2016 on Thursday. Part of the day’s rally was tied to a dovish Fed, while another surge in crude oil prices also boosted stocks. Jefferies analysts downgraded Chipotle (CMG) to UNDERPERFORM after advising to hold onto the stock for nearly three years. The firm said it will take much longer for the burrito chain to recover from a food-safety scandal than many anticipate. Apple supplier Jabil Circuit (JBL) plummeted after warning of weaker demand in mobile. Office Depot (ODP) jumped on reports it is nearing a deal to sell its corporate office unit to Amazon (AMZN), a move that could appease regulators in opposition to its proposed merger with Staples (SPLS).
