Europe’s economy is recovering which means it¿s a good time to own industrial buildings and warehouses on the continent, says Jack Cuneo, CEO of Chambers Street Properties. Chambers Street specializes in mammoth, high-tech warehouses and recently added a massive Amazon distribution center in Northern France. This is the sixth Amazon distribution center for Chambers Street and Cuneo sees many more coming as e-commerce continues to grow both in America and abroad.
