A man who drove into a crowd of people had been kicked out of a club for being intoxicated and disruptive, two law enforcement sources familiar tell NBC News. Los Angeles police believe he intentionally plowed a vehicle into the crowd, leaving seven people critically injured and at least 23 others hurt.
