Police body camera footage captured the moment when Chad Doerman, 32, was arrested by officers outside a home in Clermont County, Ohio. Doerman was charged in the deaths of his three sons, ranging in age from 3 to 7, who were found shot in the home’s yard. WLWT’s Chris Jacobs reports.
