President Biden said again he would stay in the presidential race after slamming “elites” who have called for him step aside. He says he still has the support of voters. As he fights for his political future, Mr. Biden hopes the support of Black voters and union workers will propel him to another victory. NBC News has confirmed that a Parkinson’s specialist has visited the White House eight times between last summer and this spring. The White House says Mr. Biden does not have Parkinson’s disease. Citing security, it would not say why the doctor visited. NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell and Hallie Jackson report.
