After a summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping, President Joe Biden said in a press conference that the U.S and the PRC are resuming efforts to reduce the amount of fentanyl shipped directly from China, military-to-military direct communication and plans to get experts together to discuss the risks and safety of artificial intelligence.
