The Federal Trade Commission has issued a new rule requiring gyms, streaming services and other businesses to make it easier for consumers to cancel subscriptions. The chair of the FTC said companies have to make it as easy to cancel subscripts as it is to initiate them. NBC News’ Tom Costello reports.
