Real estate mogul and Shark Tank star Barbara Corcoran said millennials are likely going to need their parent’s help when purchasing a first home.
That’s because it’s just too difficult to save enough money for a down payment. If one’s parents aren’t in a position to help financially, perhaps they can act as a co-signer on a loan in exchange for a piece of the home’s equity, Corcoran noted.
