Good morning or good afternoon, and thank you for joining the Azrieli Group’s Conference Call to review Second Quarter of 2026. I am very pleased to be with you this afternoon. We are wrapping up a strong quarter for the Azrieli Group. Our operating results were solid with real growth across all key business segments.
The NOI increased this quarter compared to last year, but the financial statements do not reflect the full impacts as exchange rates negatively affected shekel-denominated revenue from the data center business, which continued to grow in constant currencies by approximately 4%.
