Apple shares were up slightly on Monday following an announcement that the company will reveal its new iPhones on September 7. The event invitation was sent out today. The event will take place at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. Apple is expected to introduce the iPhone 7 and the next-generation Apple Watch. The new phone is said to include advanced photography capabilities and upgraded hardware with a design similar to last year’s models, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg. Apple is a holding in Jim Cramer’s Action Alerts PLUS portfolio.
