Apple ( ) says all colors of the iPhone 7 plus model are sold out and the jet black 7 is sold out. The new phones go on sales in stores today and people have been lining up outside stores, waiting for the doors to open. But supplies will be severely limited. For the first time since Apple was added to the 30 stocks that make up the Dow Jones Industrial Average, it has turned positive. The Department of Justice wants Deutsche Bank ( ) to pay $14 billion for its role in the mortgage crisis. The toxic mortgages at the heart of the fine were issued between 2005 and 2007. Deutsche Bank says the huge sum is likely just the opening move in an negotiation. NFL fans were mostly happy with Twitter’s ( ) debut of a live streaming NFL football game.
