The race for the White House is coming down to the wire as voters go to the polls on Super Tuesday, when over a dozen states hold primaries or caucuses. It’ll be a big day for the south as voters from states like Texas, Alabama, Arkansas and Virginia participate in the contests. Northern states like Vermont, Sen. Bernie Sanders’ home state, and Massachusetts also hold primaries. On the Republican side, 595 delegates are up for grabs, representing about one-quarter of the party’s total delegates. 865 delegates are in play for the Democrats. After Super Tuesday, frontrunners Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton could close in on winning their respective party’s nomination. TheStreet’s Scott Gamm has details from Wall Street.
