United Technologies is taking share from competitors like General Electirc . Caterpillar is making a lot of money in what’s being called a bad year. Cramer asks himself, ‘if this is what they’re doing in a bad year, imagine what they could do in a good year.’ In the energy patch, right now could be the bottom for oil. Cramer says he agrees with Schlumberger that now could be a bottom for oil. ‘Gilead was purely disappointing because their Hep-C franchise has peaked and it’s on a slow peak down.’ Cramer says the stock will struggle because there is no growth. Meanwhile, Cramer was disappointed that Verizon did not get the ad revenue he was expecting, but he did find it interesting that the company talked about becoming a ‘mobile media’ company.
