A woman was arrested for not following Iran’s strictly-enforced dress code and later later died in custody, resulting in mass protests and blackouts. NBC News Correspondent Ali Arouzi says there is an ‘atmosphere of great tension’ on the ground. “The internet is completely down in Iran, it’s barely working,” Arouzi said.
