Law enforcement across the U.S. says there has been an alarming rise in so-called “swatting” incidents involving public officials. The incidents involve fake emergency calls meant to draw a SWAT team to someone’s home. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports more on what the FBI is doing to track them.
