European stocks were mixed to lower on Thursday, as the U.K. left its first-quarter GDP growth estimate unchanged and continued investor nervousness over Greece as Group of Seven central bankers and finance chiefs met for a second day in Dresden. Leading London gainers, Sports Direct International plc rose after saying that annual results had beat expectations, while home-improvement retailer Kingfisher plc advanced after posting first-quarter results largely in line with expectations. In Paris, outdoor advertising company JCDecaux SA was up after offering to buy back shares for €500 million or about $547 million.
