The EU’s top digital regulator Margrethe Vestager says ditching Instagram would free up 20 minutes a day for her. Meta Platforms, which owns Instagram along with Facebook, is threatening to pull out of Europe if it can’t continue transferring user data back to the U.S. Vestager spoke to Bloomberg on Tuesday in Brussels.
