It’s Moving Day at Augusta National, and we’ve got a three-way tie at the top of the leaderboard.
Max Homa, Scottie Scheffler and Bryson DeChambeau enter play on Saturday at the Masters with a share of the lead at 6-under on the week. That gives them a two-shot lead over the rest of the field. DeChambeau, who moved a massive sign during his second round, bogeyed the 18th on Friday to drop into the group at the top.
Nicolai Højgaard is behind them at 4-under to start the day, and both Cam Davis and Collin Morikawa are at 3-under.
Tiger Woods is a ways back, but he’s playing into the weekend. Woods made the cut for a record 24th straight time at the Masters on Friday, which broke a tie with Gary Player and Fred Couples. He’s at 1-over on the week.

Tiger had a good look at birdie on the par-5 second but burned the edge. He immediately hunched over after missing the 16-footer, knowing he’d missed an opportunity. He’s still at 1-over for the tournament.

Wind is starting to pick up a little bit here at Augusta. That and the lightning-fast greens — wind tends to dry them out — are keeping things in check. There are birdies to be had — Luke List is 4-under on his round through 14 — but the guess here is no one is going really low today.

Phil Mickelson … yeah, he just four-putted on the third. That led to a triple bogey. Other than that, he’s even par on his round. He’s at +7.

A beautiful day at Augusta
It’s a beautiful day in a Augusta. Temperatures are a bit brisk now, but will warm up throughout the day, with an expected high of 77. The big news is that the wind that tore through Augusta National on Friday has subsided.
Just eight players were under par Friday. Expect that number to be bigger today.
Per BetMGM, Scottie Scheffler remains the favorite at +140. The other co-leaders are Bryson DeChambeau (+450) and Max Homa (+500).
