Jun.06 — In a turn of events, Alphabet shareholders have voted down a proposal to tie executive pay to progress on workplace diversity. The proposal was presented at the company’s annual shareholder meeting in Mountain View, California. Employees of Google’s Alphabet had teamed up with investors in a push to progress the current gender pay gap. Bloomberg’s Emily Chang and Mark Bergen spoke with Entelo CMO Mike Trigg about the meeting.
